Dr. Danette Brickman is an Associate Professor of Political Science. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Niagara University and her Ph.D. in Political Science from Texas A&M University.
Dr. Brickman teaches courses in Constitutional Law, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, Law and Society, and Courts in American Politics.
Dr. Brickman enjoys spending time renovating her home and working in her garden when she is not visiting her two grandsons, Lucas and Owen, or chasing after her very large, very hairy Husky, Sky.

Dr. Steven Nuttall is an Associate Professor of Philosophy. He holds a J.D. and a Ph.D., both from The Ohio State University. He is a member of the New York State Bar.
Dr. Nuttall regularly teaches courses in the philosophy of law, legal reasoning and legal ethics. He is the editor of the primary text used in Legal Reasoning, a course he teaches annually. Dr. Nuttall is also the advisor for our Mock Trial team.
If you ask, Dr. Nuttall will tell you that his greatest achievement has been co-authoring the genetic codes of two wonderful children, Melissa and Johnathan. Dr. Nuttall is a lover of good food, sports (especially hockey and racquetball) and music, but prefers wine to beer (unless the beer is very cold). Dr. Nuttall lives in Olean with his wife, Natalie, and two noisy (but very affectionate) love birds.
