 2013 Reunion Class Challenge Results 

Each year at St. Bonaventure, classes celebrating five-year anniversaries participate in a Reunion Challenge as part of the University’s annual Bonaventure Fund program. The Reunion Challenge is a special fundraising initiative that involves only those alumni who are celebrating honored class anniversaries during the current fiscal year.

During the Reunion Challenge, each class sets class giving and participation goals, which are geared toward supporting the unrestricted Bonaventure Fund. Volunteers from each class are recruited to sign letters, contact classmates encouraging them to make a gift to the challenge, and also to invite them to Reunion Weekend.  

The Reunion Challenge promotes friendly competition among the anniversary classes as alumni from each class band together to achieve their goals. Reunion is a great time for alumni to increase their gift or, for those who have never given before, the perfect time to make that first gift. Reunion year graduates are asked to make a “stretch” gift, a gift that is larger than they would normally consider, in honor of their reunion.
