Dr. Rebecca G. Scherer, associate professor of counselor education, and Dr. Heidi L. Henry, assistant professor of counselor education, presented at the 2024 Counselor Education Distance Learning (CEDL) Conference hosted by Palo Alto University.

The title of their presentation was “Using AI to cheat: How students are doing it and what you can do about it.” 

The CEDL Conference focuses on teaching and training counselors in online formats. It offers online counselor educators who are passionate about enhancing best practices an opportunity to exchange pedagogical innovations and methods. 

Through the CEDL platform, counselor educators can participate in meaningful discussions and training sessions addressing important and timely topics in evolving online delivery models.
