University to host panel on women's issues in society

St. Bonaventure University’s women’s studies program invites the public to a panel discussion Thursday on women’s issues in society and careers.

The event is free and will be held from 4-5 p.m. in the Walsh Center Auditorium.

Speakers on the panel include Heather Shultz, director/career counselor for Everywoman Opportunity Center Inc.; Vanessa Castano, an attorney with Legal Assistance of Western New York and an adjunct professor at St. Bonaventure; Tommi Shaw, store manager at Kohl’s Department Store; and Sonya McCall, director of clinical services at the Council on Addiction Recovery Services and an adjunct professor of sociology.
