Academics @ SBU: Pine Grove

Calculus classSt. Bonaventure's Dual Enrollment Program at Pine Grove Educational Center provides general education classes for students who want to get an early start on the college experience while still attending their local high schools.

Our unique setting features accredited college classes taught by St. Bonaventure professors. Each semester, classes range from physics and chemistry to sociology and American politics. French, Spanish, and Latin courses are also available at the beginner or intermediate level.

Full-time students who take 12 or more credits each semester are eligible for the dean's list and other merit-based awards offered through St. Bonaventure. Students are issued a St. Bonaventure student ID, email address, and student account.

Credits earned through the St. Bonaventure Dual Enrollment Program are transferable as earned college credits to other colleges and universities if the student chooses not to continue to attend St. Bonaventure after graduating from high school.
