Club members have toured the trading floors of the Bank of New York/Mellon, courtesy of Peter Mantilia, vice president of the Bank of New York and a 1980 St. Bonaventure graduate. Students learned of the great amount of hardware and software needed to run systems that are utilized to trade several trillion dollars each day on their floors.
Club members toured the Pentagon, Federal Reserve Bank, the Capitol Building, and other sites around the district.
Club members donate a few hours of time to the Warming House, a local soup kitchen run by St. Bonaventure University students. Activities include meal preparation and clean-up, serving the meals, and mingling with the guests.
Club members collect gift certificates from local businesses for a raffle. Tickets are sold to faculty, students, and fans at men's basketball games. The profits help support the club's activities.
