Iron Man/Woman Challenge: 90 Days to a Healthy Body
The Iron Man Challenge can be broken down into 3 phases:
Swimming: 2.5 miles that can be completed either by swimming in a pool or using one of the seated rowing machines.
Biking: 112 miles of biking that can be completed by riding a stationary bike or by biking anywhere you want.
Running: 26.2 miles of running or walking that can be completed anywhere, including the track, treadmills or ellipticals at the Richter Center.
The link below currently contains a full description of the challenge as well as ways to get it done. It also contains an entry form as well as progress forms that you can hand it at the Richter Center when you need to update your progress.
