Housing Options

St. Bonaventure University offers students a variety of choices in residence facilities. Students may choose from traditional residence hall living with single or double occupancy rooms to apartment-style townhouses for upperclassmen.

Residence Halls

All residence hall rooms have a bed, desk, chair, dresser and closet space for each student. Each room is also equipped with access to the wireless internet network, an ethernet port, and a cable connection that provides basic cable service. Click on the links below to learn more about the residence halls.

Freshmen Housing Options

Freshmen are assigned housing based on Living and Learning Community preference.  Learn more about the Living and Learning Communities for first-year students.

The Housing and Roommate Preference Form is available for new students in the Student Portal. Students are asked a series of questions about their preferred roommate, which the Housing Office will use to match roommates. Students can also request a specific person.

Students must submit their preferences by June 1.
