The Family Enterprise Club is a fairly new opportunity for students whose families own a business to relate working with families in business to work done in the classroom.
Last spring, members had the opportunity to tour family businesses in Buffalo such as Certo Brothers, Ellicott Development, Cappellino Buick GMC HUMMER Saab (pictured at right), Banchetti by Rizzo’s and Pioneer Motor Sport.
The trip was sponsored by the Patrick Paladino SBU Family Business Fund.
As this club is still very new and looking to expand, interested businesses or alumni looking to work with the club and mentor students are asked to contact faculty advisor Dr. Carol B. Wittmeyer at cwittmey@sbu.edu.
