* Students pursuing the five-year accounting program (dual degree BBA/MBA) must take ACCT 401, 404, 405; BLX 211; and FIN 401 or 421. Students pursuing the BBA (not the five-year accounting program) may select ACCT electives from ACCT 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 498, 499; BLX 211, 402; BIS 335, 420; FIN 312, 321, 401, 402, 410, 421, 422, 461; MSC 322, 330, 422, 430, and 431.  ACCT electives must be approved by the student's adviser and must include at least two courses with a prefix of ACCT.
** May substitute MATH 151 for MATH 121 and 121. The remaining credits must be from non-business courses.

The Clare College curriculum also includes a three-credit quantitative reasoning requirement. Accounting majors satisfy this requirement by passing any of the courses listed in the above table under Quantitative Reasoning.
