At St. Bonaventure I was not sure of my calling, but I knew deeply that SBU was part of the plan in store for me. I was fortunate enough to meet my husband at SBU and our marriage was just a stepping stone for great things to come.
Since our marriage in 1992 (by Fr. Peter Schneible, O.F.M.), we have had six biological children and we are in the process of adopting a child we have had in our care since she was days old.
I am currently the coordinator of religious education at our local parish, which encompasses three communities. My passion now is different than when I was a student at SBU; my priorities have switched from being self fulfilling to passing on the knowledge of Christ to others. There is not much more that I can accomplish than teaching others the value of their faith.
