In two years at SBU, you can get:
As a first-year learning fellow, you'll assist senior faculty with the teaching and grading demands of one of several introductory courses. As a second-year teaching fellow, you will go on to teach one or possibly two of those courses yourself under the guidance of tenure-track faculty.
Throughout, you will be assisted in turning these experiences into practical classroom skills by the Fellows Advisors and will be mentored by those faculty you are assisting.
