If you mentored/are mentoring a student or a group of students on a substantial project…
please invite the student(s) to participate in the 2013 Exposition. Honors projects, student research projects, independent studies, and course projects are all welcome. Note that presentation formats other than posters, but similar to posters, are also welcome. In the recent Expositions, several students displayed paintings or drawings.By accepting an invitation to the Expo, a student agrees to be present at the reception. If a student or group of students accepts your invitation, please email the following information to the organizer of the Expo, Dr. Chris Hill (email@example.com):
Thank you for helping to identify excellence among our students. The Expo celebrates not only the student participants, but also their faculty mentors.
THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING NAMES of participants to Dr. Hill is two weeks prior to the reception.
The Scholarship Luncheon is another showcase for student excellence, which is held one week before the SRCE Exposition's reception. While the Expo features posters summarizing superb work by students in the Arts & Sciences, the Scholarship Luncheon showcases excellent projects in virtually any format by students in any of the four schools of SBU. A student may be invited to both events. For more information about The Luncheon, visit The Scholarship Luncheon online or contact its organizer, Kathleen Ryan (firstname.lastname@example.org, 716-375-2308).
