THE POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY OF NAMIBIA

Namibia Image 1The Polytechnic is a premier University of Science and Technology in Windhoek, the capital city of Namibia located in southwest Africa. It is an urban campus in a small city of approximately 230,000. In addition to the social science and humanities offerings, the Polytechnic of Namibia offers viable opportunities for science and technology majors seeking to participate in study abroad experience. Even though Namibia is an under-utilized area in Africa for study abroad, the program is a cost-effective option when compared to other southern African study abroad programs. The campus is approximately 38 acres in size and situated within walking distance from the City Center. The Polytechnic boasts a modern infrastructure with state-of-the-art lecture theaters, computer and research laboratories, library and a hotel school (with accommodation and restaurant).
