SFS575 – MEDIEVAL FRANCISCAN TEXTS

Description:
The intent of this course is to guide a first reader through the Latin of a text of a Franciscan writer. The course will provide an opportunity for a reading of the chosen author in order to discover their views on the world, their concept of humankind, and their principal ideas on God, Christ, and Mary. The reader will become accustomed to the style and content of the chosen Franciscan thinker.
