The Event Management Office at St. Bonaventure University provides a variety of services to help ensure the success of a wide range of on-campus and off-campus events, such as meetings, conferences, lectures, dinners, socials and more.
With proper planning, your event will be a positive experience for all involved. We help make it a worry-free process by providing these services:
compliance with campus policies and procedures
special equipment rental
networking with dining services, security, maintenance, housekeeping and others needed to ensure the success of your event.
Contact the Event Management Office with your event details and we will add the event to the calendar.
Check the University calendar prior to planning your event so that you don’t schedule an event that conflicts with another.
