Daria Mitchell, OSF, a member of the Sisters of St. Francis, Oldenburg, Indiana, joined the staff of Franciscan Institute Publications in May, 2003. A native of Hamilton, Ohio, Sister Daria holds a B.A. in English from Marian College, Indianapolis, an M.Ed. in Elementary School Administration from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and an M.A. in Franciscan Studies from St. Bonaventure University. Second only to gaining heaven, Sister’s goal in life is to beat her mother in a game of Scrabble.
