I’ve noticed that since I’ve been here, I’ve matured and grown a lot through my interaction with fellow students and faculty.
My most memorable SBU experience so far has been working at the radio station and being an Orientation leader.
The social life here provides opportunity and security. The campus is big enough that I can meet new people every day, but small enough that I will see many familiar faces on a daily basis. My advice to anyone is do not be afraid to talk to your professor if you're having trouble with a class or assignment. Also, don’t skip classes. With only 15 - 20 students per class, professors will know if you’re there or not.
